Virtual Folders

End users can now use virtual folders as a shortcut to link to a real physical folder on the network. Administrators can also implement virtual folders that are shared by multiple users to aid in efficient file sharing among employees and business partners.

Virtual folders can be administered using either the MOVEit DMZ interface or the MOVEit DMZ API.
These virtual folders give an efficient and simple way for administrators to distribute folders and content among many different users while at the same time revealing the real location of the physical folder.
Improved flexibility of folder structure
MOVEit DMZ Enterprise's fully configurable folder structure allows for folders to be created anywhere in the folder tree. Organizations can easily migrate from an existing system while keeping existing folder structure and folder names.

LDAP home folder integration

Administrators can now configure MOVEit DMZ to pull a user's home folder directly from LDAP and Active Directory.

MOVEit DMZ API management of SSH keys & SSL certificates

Programmers can use the MOVEit DMZ COM or Java API for programmatic SSH key and SSL certificate management. This API enables SSH keys and SSL certificates to be automatically imported, added, removed, and listed to user accounts. The API can be run on Windows, Unix, and Linux systems.

Integration with SQL Server (Enhancement)
This gives the ability to select an existing Microsoft SQL server during the installation of MOVEit DMZ Enterprise without the need to run a conversion utility post-installation. Administrators choose to either use the embedded MOVEit database or integrate with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (Standard or Express editions) for logging.
